28. Make sure you get help from the people in your life
Having a new baby is not a one woman job. Ask your partner, friends, and family for help if they're not automatically offering it. You'll be much less likely to struggle with post-partum depression if you're receiving a helping hand. Likewise, you'll be a better mom if you're not so worn out! Most of all, do your best to relax. You won't need everything on day one. You've got time.
