16. Start a self-care practice
Self-care after baby is a juggling act. Start good habits now. Take baths, go to yoga, exercise, meditate. Do whatever you need to do to feel balanced in life and then hold on tight to these things, (maybe in shorter durations), after you become a mom.

On the same token, develop a hobby as part of your self-care regime. Find something you love to do and make it part of your weekly ritual. That way, when you're reclaiming your identity after baby, you'll already have something familiar and exciting to begin again.
