By now, I'm sure you're no stranger to the term 'HIIT.' HIIT stands for "high intensity interval training," and it's pretty much exactly that. It involves intense intervals, it gets your heart pumping, and it's an extremely effective way to get in a killer workout in a shortened amount of time.
