Let's be honest, there is a major obsession with butts going on right now. It seems to be the focal point of practically every workout, and while having a round, lifted booty sounds fabulous, having a sculpted and strong lower body sounds even better. 

Our lower bodies quite literally support almost our every move — they don't contain the body's largest muscles for nothing! — so let's make sure they're strong and ready to carry us through our day. 

These exercises will help you gain strength, agility, and flexibility — improving your body's overall function and health. As always, listen to your body and modify if you experience any discomfort, especially in your knees. Now, get to work!
