11. Crispy “Cheesy” Kale Chips

1 head of curly or lacinato kale (about 4 cups)

2 Tbsp. of avocado or coconut oil

4 Tbsp. of nutritional yeast

Garlic salt

How to Make:

Preheat oven to 350 F. Rinse and properly dry the kale.

Optional: remove the stems.

Massage with the oil and nutritional yeast for 1 minute or until withered.

Place flatly on parchment sheet and drizzle with pink salt and any other spices desired.

Bake for 15-20 at 350 F. The goal is to get them as crispy as possible for best flavor. Keep a close eye on them, they can easily burn. Enjoy!
