Looking to stay low key this weekend? We've got you covered. Nina Curtis, beauty expert for Blendtec blenders, shared with us a recipe for a tasty organic exfoliator inspired by your fave breakfast staple. The Organic Oatmeal Cleansing Exfoliator is a must-try to remove dead skin cells and stimulate circulation. Get the customizable details, below.

Organic steel-cut oatmeal
Rose, chamomile or peppermint tea for normal skin
Goat milk yogurt and one quarter organic lemon juice for oily skin
Raw organic honey for dry skin
Ripe banana for sensitive skin

Using organic steel-cut oatmeal, blend ½ cup of the oatmeal in your blender until it becomes flour-like.  Combine equal parts water to create a thick paste. Further customize your mixture with the appropriate ingredient for your skin type, as mentioned above. If you do customize, use approximately equal parts to make your mixture a thick paste.

Massage the oatmeal paste gently onto your skin, using upward and outward motions. Leave on for five to ten minutes, then rinse with tepid water. Pat gently and apply moisturizer to seal.

Oatmeal acts as a natural exfoliant to remove buildup, and stimulate circulation to leave skin smooth and vibrant. Rose, chamomile and peppermint soothe skin. Goat milk yogurt helps kill bacteria and regulate skin's pH balance for acne-prone or oily skin. In addition, lemon's acidic nature curbs oil production. Honey is a natural humectant that draws moisture from the air to the skin, making it ideal for dry skin. Finally, for sensitive skin, bananas are fabulous due to their gentle nutrients such as vitamins A, B and E.
