Marc by Marc Jacobs (above). Makeup artist Dick Page applied a block of blue around the eyes to make them pop.

Badgley Mischka, makeup artist Tom Pecheux took a softer approach by layering translucent eyeshadow over the entire lid in various shades of aqua. Since the color is sheer, you can still see skin peeking through.
