June Bracelet, $99.99)You know that critical moment when you decide to ignore all warning signs of an impending sunburn, and lay out by the pool for just ten minutes longer? There's an app for that. Or rather, there's a new age-y bracelet for that. The just-launched JUNE ($99) features a high-tech sensor that measures sun exposure and sends the info directly to an accompanying iPhone app. This is where it gets really mind-blowing: depending on your skin type, the app calculates the suggested maximum daily exposure, and and notifies you when it's time to hit the shade.

If JUNE is a little too fancy-pants for you, the sport-friendly, waterproof UVA+B SunFriend Activity Monitor ($50) also does the trick. Once you've set your skin sensitivity level on the monitor, it tracks your exposure to both UVA and UVB rays throughout the day. When the LED dial is completely lit up, you know it's time to head indoors.
