Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon married in 2008, and she got a door knocker diamond during the ceremony. Carey's ring had a pink central diamond flanked by smaller pink and white diamonds. All together there were 59 diamonds in the ring (!), and it cost a reported $2 million. Carey and Cannon tied the knot after only dating for six weeks with a lavish ceremony in the Bahamas. For the beach wedding, Mariah wore a Nile Cmylo slip dress. In fact, the wedding was so secretive, that Mariah told guests they were shooting a music video. "We only told people who had to know. [To everyone else] we said we were [going to the Bahamas] for the video. If we brought a million people with us, it would’ve been obvious we weren’t shooting a video," she told People. The designer of her gown also thought the dress was being made for a music video for the singer. "I was pulled aside and said this is actually a real wedding. So I went back to the fabric store in the morning and started over again and came back with something a little more appropriate," Cmylo told Access Hollywood. To celebrate their nuptials, Mariah and Nick got tattoos. "His [tattoo] is on one shoulder to the other and it says 'Mariah.' [Mine is] on my lower back and it says 'Mrs. Cannon,' the star told People.
