Kim Kardashian Revealed To 'Vogue' Her Current Favorite Beauty Trend — And The One She Seriously Regrets

Kim Kardashian is full of never-ending surprises. From announcing her and husband Kanye West are expecting their fourth child via surrogate, to landing the cover of American Vogue, and revealing she's studying to become a lawyer, the reality star always has us wondering what's next in the world of KKW. Recently, the mogul took time out of her busy schedule to film Vogue's rapid-fire 73 questions interview, where she revealed more surprising facts: the beauty trend she's currently loving — and the one she regrets.
It's no secret the mother of three is a huge beauty fan — she basically invented contouring with the help of her makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic. And in case you weren't aware, Kim has her own makeup line, KKW Beauty, where you can purchase all the contour palettes your heart desires. Which is why it didn't shock us when Kardashian shared the one product she can't live without was, you guessed it, her KKW Contour.
As for the beauty trend she's into right now? "I love just a more minimal, soft dewy makeup," the star told Vogue. A clear departure from her signature bronzed aesthetic, but like we mentioned before, Kim is chock-full of surprises. And if you were wondering how Kim achieves the your-skin-but-better look? Dedivanovic gave us mere mortals a tip from one of his Master Classes: "I never got into face primer, moisturizer works really beautifully as a primer, especially when you use loose powder. It holds onto moisturizers and looks natural, not powdery."
With her taste in makeup constantly evolving, it makes sense that Kim would rather leave behind a certain beauty look from the past. "I wish that I never did really white under my eyes," Kardashian shared. Given that the entrepreneur is all about an effortless, glowing aesthetic, we can see why she'd want to pare down the highlighting.
Beauty woes aside, it's clear the star is focused on how she can grow in the future while also remaining grateful for what she has now, as evidenced by her reaction to her solo Vogue cover, "I’ve dreamed of this moment for so long, many said it would never come. Words cannot begin to express how much of an honor it is to have my first solo US cover of @VogueMagazine. I remember as a little girl flipping through my mom’s subscription each month and dreaming of one day gracing the cover of this iconic magazine. Thank you to the incredible Anna Wintour for your support as always, it means the world to me. Special thank you to my husband Kanye for speaking into existence that one day I would grace the cover of Vogue when everyone told me to be 'more realistic.'"
