The pop star wore a black Sally Lapointe dress. Gaga kept warm in an impossibly chic black coat complete with printed sleeve detailing by designer Prabal Gurung. A daring fascinator was the perfect touch to this bold look.

She was at the Ivy League institution to launch and promote the Born This Way Foundation. The foundation is led by Lady Gaga and her mother Cynthia Germanotta. It was founded to "foster a more accepting society, where differences are embraced and individuality is celebrated." The Born This Way Foundation is dedicated to "creating a safe community that helps connect young people with the skills and opportunities they need to build a braver, kinder world."

We certainly admire Lady Gaga's dedication to the cause. We've spotted other celebrities with a similar look, including Sarah Jessica Parker, Rachel Roy, and Kate Middleton. Check out all 148 pictures in the Evening Coat Lookbook.
