The 'Marvelous Mrs. Maisel' star made the switch just in time for spring.
Bye bye, brunette hue. Rachel Brosnahan welcomed the spring season with a lighter look: dirty blonde locks. This past weekend, the actress showed off her new 'do in an Instagram story, crediting Bumble and bumble colorist Kitty Greller. And while we've grown accustomed to the Marvelous Mrs. Maisel star's signature jet-black hair, there's no denying the trendy shade looks amazing on her.
The actress' makeup artist, Lisa Haron, gave an up-close look at Brosnahan's sun-kissed locks, which she debuted at the premiere of Broadway's What The Constitution Means To Me. Can we also talk about how stunning her blue eyes look with the new color?
The Golden Globe-winning actress isn't the only one making the switch — Bella Hadid recently posted a photo of her caramel highlights on Instagram. "Back to dirty blonde, back to my roots," wrote the supermodel. It's clear dirty blonde is the shade taking over 2019 for A-list actresses and It-Girls alike.
The low-maintenance color allows the star to keep her dark roots, and also highlight her gorgeous complexion thanks to the honey-blonde tones. As if we weren't obsessed enough with Brosnahan, the star is seriously making us consider trading our brunette hue for a softer, strawberry-blonde look. After all, warmer weather calls for lighter locks, right?
