Toss Anything That Doesn't Fit
If you have clothes in your closet that you haven't been able to fit into for a few years now, it's time to toss them. Seeing those pants that are two sizes too small or that can't-wear-yet-skirt will only make you feel down on yourself, and you don't need that kind of bad energy in your life. Your clothes are supposed to make you feel happy and inspire you to love your body, so anything that makes you frown at your curves needs to be donated. 

The same goes if you recently lost a lot of weight and you haven't quite caught up with the fact that your body is a different size. Donate those baggy pieces and treat yourself to items that fit your new figure.

And even if you have plans to start that new, healthy lifestyle that will help you shed the pounds, chances are you won't want to wear those old clothes by then anyway. Trends change, cuter clothes come out, and you'll feel the urge to treat yourself to a new pair of jeans or a new dress anyway!
