Create a sacred space or "altar," which you can then come back to, either during different moon phases or simply when you feel the need to focus, settle your energy, and get centered.

If you're a small space dweller (hey, same), not to worry: It doesn't have to be a huge area. Even a simple window seat or little nook in the corner of your living room can work, as long as it's designated to be a place of peace and/or prayer.

Arrange flowers, candles, comfy decorative pillows, an incense burner, insightful books and pictures here to create a calming environment. Of course, crystals and high-vibe stones are powerful tools as well!
