Editor's Pick: PilyQ Swimwear
From hidden underwire to on-trend fringe, the details make this swimwear line standout.
Shopping for swimwear it not generally a fun endeavor. Finding the right fit, pattern and coverage is a time-sucking task and locating a coverup to coordinate...let's just say I'd rather spend my day on an actual beach. For those of you who feel the same way, might I suggest swimwear line PilyQ.
Created by designer Pily Queipo and creative director Amber Delecce, this line includes bikinis, one-pieces, coverups and kaftans that flatter in an array gorgeous prints and fabrics.
My love affair with the brand began with the Zen Braided Bikini (top, $36; bottom, $34). Not only does this suit boast a chic, on-trend palm print, but also, it has hidden underwire to offer support without looking as though you're wearing a bra to the beach. The fit is flattering and comfortable and the braided straps on both the top and bottom make it an eye-catching suit. The brand also offers other standout designs including a chic, feminine laser-cut scalloped bikini and sporty halter top suit.
If PilyQ's fab swimwear isn't enough to tempt you, take a look at the brand's fun, flirty cover up options. I fell head-over-heels for the ultra-glam Sunset Monique Cover-Up ($154) which is not only fun to wear, but also, flattering. The brand's woven Lexi Shorts ($88) are also best-sellers and will see you through any stylish beach vacation. Lastly, the delicate-looking Noah Tunic Swim Cover Up ($144) is downright lovely.
