Current Obsession: Nuance Healthy Shine Nourishing Oil

Current Obsession: Nuance Healthy Shine Nourishing Oil(Source: Salma Hayek Nuance)We're suckers for good beauty finds, and the latest hair product we've added to our grooming routine just happens to be one you can pick up at the drugstore around the corner. We've been loyal users of Salma Hayek's Nuance Exfoliating Macadamia Nut Body Cleansing Scrub ($8.99, CVS.com) for a while, and now we've become addicted to the brand's new Healthy Shine Nourishing Oil ($9.99, CVS.com).

The hair oil is a combination of five different types of oils: shine-promoting argan, health-conscious coconut, moisture-retaining moringa, cleansing jojoba, and split-end–protecting olive oil. The waterless treatment penetrates strands to restore nutrients and shine to dull and damaged hair—without weighing it down with grease. The product also has UVB absorbers that protect color from fading when using heat-styling products and when hair is exposed to UV rays.

This natural-ingredient–based treatment gives hair salon-quality shine and softness at a very reasonable drugstore price. Simply apply a dot or two to damp hair and style as usual. We've been using the treatment throughout our mane pre-drying and straightening, as well as on our ends post-styling for extra shine. If you're really looking to get a good cleansing treatment, add the oil to your favorite conditioner and massage into hair.

You can find this and more of Nuance's new products at CVS and online.
