Glee star Lea Michele covers Nylon's September TV issue looking as geek-chic as ever.

On the cover, photographed by Editor-in-Chief Marvin Scott Jarrett, Michele looks cozy-cute in a Marc by Marc Jacobs sweater, knee-high socks, and a quirky cat ear ASOS headband.

Inside the issue, the songtress dishes on her workhabits and upcoming solo album.

"I was a weird kid," she told Nylon. "I was eight years old saying I don’t want a day off. I’d like to work every day, please."

"I always loved to find the one person in the audience who I knew was going to be uncomfortable—who throughout the show was cringing in their seat—and when [co-star] Jonathan Groff would undo my top, I loved it!" Michele told the magazine about her time starring in the broadway musical Spring Awakening. "I was like, ‘Take that!! How uncomfortable are you right now? I want you to be uncomfortable!”

She's also very excited about her solo album, which, she hopes will be full of girl power.

“I want to make songs where girls can just roll down the windows of their car or dance around in their rooms in their underwear, like, I hate my ex-boyfriend! or I’m so in love! Because that’s what I want [to hear]–power-girl songs.”

Here are the rest of the looks from the cover story. We're also pretty obssesed with her tousled tresses:
