Destiny Frasqueri
Known as her rapper name Princess Nokia, Destiny Frasqueri is a radical intersectional feminist of Puerto Rican descent that uses her music to not only uplift the voices of Afro-Latin and queer women, but to encourage marginalized people to take up room and be proud of where they came from and who they are. In her music she tackles the intersection of gender, race, and class, and has a knack for making those who feel unseen, seen.

For example, in her song "Tomboy," the chorus is all about her small boobs and fat belly; the music video of "Brujas" celebrates brown Afro-indigenous women; and "Young Girls" celebrates the magic of womanhood.
