What are your favorite foods to eat?
"The majority of my diet is plant based and I love eating seasonally. I like to start my day with a wheat grass shot when I can as it gives me energy and sets my day. I try and eat lots of greens with a green smoothie, salad for lunch, and something warm for dinner. I eat lots of broccoli and cauliflower prepared different ways. I'm pretty addicted to our bars. I usually eat one a day, either Matcha Energy Bar or Cacao Chip Protein Bar. I love creating my favorite dishes with a healthy twist — I’ll make lettuce wrap tacos with fresh pico de gallo and guacamole or a big veggie burger with lots of ketchup and pickles. I'm big into flavor and lots of texture."
