After escaping kidnap and rape, Xin-Ci Chin co-founded the Watch Over Me app to arm women with the information and awareness needed to stay safe. Users can tell the app how long to watch over them so their location is tracked and it even allows you to shake your Android device when you're in an emergency to send an alert to emergency contacts.
