He Opened Up About His Mental Health
In a recent article for The Daily Mail, James opened up about his struggles with depression and his history with dyslexia and ADD.
"You may wonder why I have chosen to speak now about the clinical depression that first hit me at the end of 2016," he wrote. "Firstly, I feel — although I’d never say I am cured of it — that now I understand it and, with professional help, have worked out strategies for coping. Today, I feel a new sense of purpose and zest for life."
