As in, it's going to be everything the '90s babe in you ever dreamed.

So I have to admit, I've been on a '90s alt and grunge kick again. It's been awhile, but this '90s baby still feels all too nostalgic listening to Hole while driving and letting delicious waves of faded post-teenage angst wash over me. And if there's one woman who spearheaded that era, movement, and most famously the post-punk rock attitude that went with it – who embodied the lifestyle truly and fully and, in all honesty, still does – it's Courtney Love.

But as we all know, these days new reigning queens have taken over the scene, and one in particular has fully espoused that very specific, no-holds-barred attitude while combining it with a distinctively contemporary #GirlBoss mentality. We know her as Sophia Amoruso, founder of the popular LA-based brand Nasty Gal.

When the two come together, and come together they have, in what's sure to be an amazing collaboration called, "Love, Courtney by Nasty Gal," sparks will fly. This seriously badass lingerie collection is the ultimate '90s babe dream, and with the release date set for January 14th, our bodies are ready.

This isn't Love's first foray into fashion design, and of course Amoruso is no stranger to collaborating with It Girls and brands (For Love and Lemons, anyone?) Yet this may be Nasty Gal's biggest collab to date. As for the collection itself, the combination of grungy babydoll looks with lace, silk and ripped fishnets, modeled by Hailey Clauson, is indicative of both singer and brand's fearlessly experimental fashion. Each and every getup just screams femininity with an edge, and we're all for it.

NastyGal x Courtney Love is utterly unapologetic, fierce, and definitively of the moment, when '90s throwbacks in fashion have officially hit an all-time high (and one I'm not at all impervious to, at that). If you haven't already, get out your chokers and fishnets, '90s babies. We're in for some seriously good stuff here.

So where are all the feisty little girls who grew up listening to Hole? We're still here. We were besides ourselves with excitement when Courtney toured with Lana Del Rey last year, and we are now patiently (okay, maybe not so patiently) waiting for #NastyGalxCourtneyLove.
