Current Obsession: International Princess Project Punjammies

Current Obsession: International Princess Project Punjammies(Source: International Princess Project; Ratna Capri, $35; Mani Full pants, $35)It's not too often you get the chance to do good just by shopping, but with the International Princess Project, that's exactly what you'll be doing. The company was devised after founder Shannon Keith visited India, where she saw firsthand what some estimated 3 million women and girls in the country experience on a daily basis. As a way to combat the atrocities of the sex slave industry, International Princess Project employs women who have escaped such fates, supporting them with fair wages and new livelihoods.

The organization's line of comfy "punjammies" is filled with brightly-colored drawstring pants ($35–$39), capris ($35–$39), and shorts ($15–$19). The portmanteau pays homage to the nation's traditional punjabi women's clothing, and each style is named after a woman who works in one of the company's many indigenous sewing centers.

We especially love the Divya shorts ($19), Mani printed pants ($35), and Ratna capris ($35). To learn more about the company and its cause, and of course snag a comfy pair of punjammies, visit intlprincess.org/about/our-story.
