Thelma And Louise In 'Thelma and Louise'
Thelma and Louise pretty much defined "ride or die." Don't @ me, though. Not to mention Thelma (Susan Sarandon) and Louise (Geena Davis) were one of the first iconically feminist female duos represented on film.

This journey of two small town women feeling stifled by both their lives and their romantic relationships as they undertake a road trip gone awry was bold and especially refreshing for its time.

Let's remember that Thelma and Louise was released during a time when stories of women choosing themselves and their friendships over men were much less common than they are today. But it still rings true now, which is why the film, and their friendship, is still celebrated. If you ask me, these two will never lose their #BFFGoals status.
