(Source: Selena Gomez Instagram)You don't have to be a Coachella regular to rock a hippie-inspired look IRL. Right now, one of the hottest looks in the hair world is a favorite of festival-goers, rockers, and movie stars alike. (It also happens to be super simple to get at home—hello, sea salt spray and air dry!) We were all over boho waves when we first saw them starting to make a comeback during NYFW Spring 2014. From Diane von Furstenberg to Alexander Wang, the au naturel look was all the rage on the runways.

Movie stars are embracing effortless manes for the red carpet. We spotted Leslie Mann showing off her golden beachy waves at the MTV Movie Awards. Margot Robbie plumped up the volume with textured tresses at the Critics' Choice Awards, while Kate Mara opted for an angled version of the subtle look.

Last weekend's festival brought out some big-name stars and their mermaid waves. From Kendall Jenner to Vanessa Hudgens, Selena Gomez to Fergie, flowing waves were the name of the game.

Simply spritz some sea salt on damp hair and let air dry or run a diffuser through it, if you prefer. Check out some of our favorite surf sprays to get that Coachella-ready mane in no time.
