Best fitness advice ever received: "Get outdoors! There is nothing like nature to really lift your spirit. It always cleanses any stress away and makes be feel alive again. When I lived in NYC, I would go to Central Park for a walk and it always made me feel revitalized. The sun and and trees are nature's antidepressants and anti-agers."
Favorite pre- or post-workout snack: "Apples and almond butter! I am addicted to almond butter and pink lady apples, it's my everyday pre- or post-workout treat. It's the ideal snack, a satisfying combination of crunchy and sweet, with protein to balance my blood sugar and keep my energy levels high."
