"When I don’t have time and I want something very comprehensive and effective, I do High Planks with Knee Pulls. This exercise accesses every part of your abs as well as your legs and shoulders. It’s fast and effective, and I do it any time I travel and don’t have lots of time or space.Try three sets and you’ll be dripping with sweat by the end."
