4. Focus On What You Like
Do you have killer legs? A butt that won't quit? Arms that would make Michelle Obama check you out sideways?

Instead of focusing on what you hate, zero in on what you love. Play it up with your clothes, flaunt it, and then move on to the next thing you're hella proud of. It could be your eyes, your hair, how your back looks in a wispy shirt. Keep celebrating and loving more and more parts of yourself until the realization finally hits you: You have more beautiful parts than "problem" parts. 

And pretty soon, those wobbly bits will be on that list, too.
