2. Tap Into What Makes You, You
If you don't love the woman you've worked hard to become, you're not going to have love for her body, either. So tap into what makes you, you. Write down a list of every little thing you love about yourself, from how well you make breakfast tacos to how proud you were when you finally spoke your mind at work. Get specific. Really think about what makes you special, find those sweet quirks, and list out why someone would be better off knowing you. You bring a lot to the table. 

And when you realize that and believe it, you'll be a lot less hard on yourself over a jiggly arm or soft tummy. It's part of the wonderful package. You wouldn't want to tear yourself down when you understand your worth.
