5. Think Of What You're Missing
If you're self conscious on the beach, think of the splash time in the water or the amazing half-naked picnics you're missing. If you're wrapped up in jeans during the summer, think of all those romantic dresses and cheerful short shorts you're denying yourself. When you hide your body in shapeless outfits, think of all the compliments you're missing out on and all the doses of inspiration you could have passed on to other women that might have the inclination to hunch their shoulders in the same way. 

Next time you try to hide your body, think of what that decision makes you miss. Is it worth sitting on the sidelines, missing out on summer fun, or making yourself invisible? No. So put on the mini and let's go!
