3. Compliment Others
Help yourself pump the brakes on your negative self-talk by getting into the habit of complimenting others. Tell a woman she looks ah-mazing in a dress, tell someone you can't get over how they look in a romper, or how fun their crop top is. Practice dolling out compliments and they'll be easier to say when you're standing in front of a mirror.

Same goes for when your friends bring up their own quips about their bodies. When they mention their "chunky" thighs, their "fat" butt, or "gross" love handles, take their hand and tell them they look perfect. Practicing love only breeds more love.
