3. Your Insecurities Are Someone's Profit
Ya know all those commercials urging you to buy diet pills, glossies promising to give you the latest slimming tricks, control-clothes that suck you in and smooth you out, and ads that ask you if you're beach body ready...well, they're all businesses.

The diet industry makes $60 billion a year trying to sell you the idea that your body is blah. Got that? That was $60 billion. Is your body actually terrible? No, of course not. But does preying on someone's insecurities and self-confidence get them to open their wallets? Clearly.

So stop falling for the scam. Your body is actually ah-mazing; someone is just trying to make a profit by making you think otherwise. We're smarter than that, right?
