How can we encourage healthy eating and exercise habits in our children?
"I think when you get kids hooked on sugar and processed foods it is really difficult to get them off and enjoying healthier options. That is why we have avoided 'kid snacks' and opted for healthy foods from day one for True and she loves them. She eats avocados, eggs, all veggies, apples and bananas and all natural foods. We had tried to give her some of the sugary stuff before and she doesn't like it. So I think starting your children off eating well is key, but also creating a healthy family culture is always going to generate success in the long run. Your kids will follow your lead."
