Realize You Have No Problems
You read that right. A favorite quote I repeat to myself when I'm feeling anxious is from Eckhart Tolle, "In this moment you have no problems, only situations that need to be dealt with or accepted." Most of the times we're consumed by worry there is actually nothing bad happening to us, except our own thoughts. No boss yelling in our face, no bear chasing us down the street—and those "situations" can be dealt with when they occur, not at the expense of every other moment.
