You could say I’m a connoisseur of self-help books — which makes me seem way sadder than I am. I actually just find psychology fascinating and think there’s no better investment of time than figuring out ourselves, the people in our lives, and this whole life thing. And it’s not in vain. Not only can books expand our knowledge and change our perspective of the world, studies have shown that bibliotherapy actually works. In other words, books have the power to make you feel better and be better. To start 2018 off happier and healthier, here are my 10 favorite reads of the moment.
