It really says something about an actress when they can make you fall in love with a character as problematic as Laura Prepon's Alex Vause in Orange is the New Black. Vause is the reason our plucky — and also somewhat problematic — protagonist, Piper Chapman, is locked away behind bars. But somewhere along the way, you really fall for her character, her motives, and most of all, Prepon's complex and nuanced portrayal of Vause's feelings for Piper. Those pretty green eyes don't hurt, either.
