Speaking of Piper Chapman! Played by Taylor Schilling, I'm going to go ahead and include Piper on this list, despite the fact that in my opinion, her character has gone from likable to not so much over the course of the OITNB's five seasons. She's still inspiring, however, as she's managed to transform from mousy to unafraid — of taking up her fair share of space, to say the least — in her time thus far at Litchfield Penitentiary.
