The Cambridges kicked off the royal tour of Ireland in 2020 with a meeting with President Michael D. Higgins at his residence in Dublin. For the occasion, Kate wore a rose-print dress by Alessandra Rich which featured a high neckline, blouson sleeves, and a peplum waist. She complemented it with a clutch by L.K.Bennett and pumps by Emmy London. All green, of course — you can always count on the Duchess to dress diplomatically. Incidentally, she arrived in the country earlier that day wearing a green Catherine Walker coat over this dress.
