4. Get out of your head.
Get outside and into nature. If your work schedule doesn't exactly permit that on a daily basis, no worries! You can still head out of the office for a quick walk.

Alternately, if you do have the time –– go all out. Reconnect with your roots. Embark on a new hiking trail you've been meaning to try. (Oh, and don't forget to stop and taking pictures along the way. Because Instagram.)

There's not much more satisfying than the knowledge that while you're out exploring the great outdoors and all that good stuff, you're also doing something that's beneficial for both body and soul.
