5. Start saying no to the things that stress you out or make you unhappy.
In the wise words of one Hannah Horvath, “It’s really liberating to say ‘no’ to shit you hate.” And I’ve gotta say, I couldn’t agree more.

So liberate yourself. It’s as easy and as hard as learning to let go of the bullshit – and if it doesn’t or won’t really matter in the long run, why should you let it matter so much now?
