Halle Berry put Elie Saab on the map when she accepted her 2002 Oscar in one of his designs. Fast forward to 2011 and she's back again in one of his couture creations, looking stunning as always.
At the Costume Designers Guild Awards, Halle wore a red lace gown from the spring collection. The elegantly draped dress featured cap sleeves, a cinched-in waist and a daring sheer skirt. Other celebrities would have opted for a modified, less revealing version of the frock, but Halle stuck with the runway version for an edgy and uber glam look. For the rest of her outfit, Halle kept it simple—she spiked her signature pixie and accessorized with minimalist diamond jewelry. With a dress this beautiful, it's best to let it do the talking.
