We were hoping Emma Watson would go all out for the Harry Potter and Deathly Hallows Part 2 premiere, and she didn't disappoint. Yes, we're complete and utter suckers for a big poufy princess dress. But as we mourn the end of the Harry Potter franchise, this is a complete pick me up to quell our sadness—at least for a little bit.
Rather than her usual slinky mini, Emma showed up in an absolutely decadent ballgown by the master of fancy dress, Oscar de la Renta. The tulle skirt was full and luscious in a soft ash. It was offset by a structured sand-colored bodice embroidered with silver. Overall it was delightful, playful and the perfect look for an end of an era.
Did Emma's dress make you smile as well?
