Jamberry Founders Share Their Own Sips and Tips
Come see what the founders of the nail brand are drinking and wearing, this way.
By now you probably know we here at StyleBistro are all about Sips and Tips. From our own pairings to yours, we can't get enough of a good drink and mani combo. In honor of our partnership with Jamberry Nails, in which we're asking you to share your own Sips and Tips to enter to win a garden party on us, we asked the three founders of Jamberry to share with us their own pairings. See below for Lyndsey Ekstrom, Christy Hepworth and Keri Evans' very own Sips and Tips.
One serving hot cocoa mix (plus the ingredients called for in the package directions)
Three tablespoons malted milk powder
Heat broiler (or oven or toaster oven). Place the marshmallows on a foil-lined broiler-proof baking sheet and broil until just golden, about 30 seconds. Meanwhile, prepare the hot cocoa mix according to the package directions. Mix with the malted milk powder. Top with the toasted marshmallows.

The Sip: Dirty Diet Coke
Two tablespoons coconut syrup
One half lime (cut the lime into quarters and use two quarters)
12 ounces Diet Coke
One to two tablespoons of half and half (optional)
Pour the coconut syrup into the bottom of a 24-ounce glass. Fill it about halfway full with crushed ice. Squeeze the lime quarters over the ice and drop them into the glass so the rind is touching the ice. Pour the Diet Coke over the spent limes. If desired, add a splash of half and half. Add a straw to stir and serve. Makes one serving.

The Sip: Sparkling Strawberry Lemonade
One half cup sugar
One pound strawberries, hulled
Three quarters of a cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
Four cups sparkling water
To make the simple syrup, combine sugar and half cup water in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved, about two to three minutes; let cool. Add strawberries to the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth, about one to two minutes; strain through a cheesecloth or fine sieve. In a large pitcher, whisk together strawberry puree, lemon juice and simple syrup. Place in the refrigerator until chilled.
Serve over ice and sparkling water.
