Intermittent Fasting
By no means a "new trend," intermittent fasting has also recently seen a rise in popularity. But isn't that just intentional starvation, you ask? Nope. Intermittent fasting, or a a style of eating that involves fasting for long periods, then following it up with shorter periods of eating, is less of a diet, and more of a lifestyle choice.
