Girls Just Want to Have Fun: Betsey Johnson's Wild (and Actually Wearable) Spring Collection

(ImaxTree)

Tutus, glitter and oh-so-much fun—we could only be talking about the one and only, Betsey Johnson.

The 71-year-old NYC legend hit the runway (with her signature cartwheel and spltiz) during New York Fashion Week last night with a prescription for fabulousness. No, seriously—not only were the designer's invites special pill bottles from "Dr. Betsey Johnson," but each wild, quirky and outrageous look had a medical-esque name—everything from Tylenol Tara (a crazy party dress) to Benadryl Barbie (a ruffled mini). How genius, right? Leave it to Betsey to come up with the most creative show idea we've seen all week.

And the best part? Most of the clothes were actually somewhat wearable! (Unlike her aerobics-themed collection last season.) Check out our favorite looks, below. Printed dresses, snowy white separates and even sexy LBDs!
