1 tbsp. Egoiste Instant Coffee

"The instant coffee will not dissolve completely, leaving specks in the drink adding to the look."

Cold Coffee Punch

INGREDIENTS:

1 gallon of whole milk - must use whole milk

½  gallon of vanilla ice cream

½  gallon of chocolate ice cream

2 oz. instant coffee

2 cups sugar

1 cup water

DIRECTIONS:

In a saucepan, mix the coffee, sugar, and water and heat until melted. Refrigerate - the liquid will get kind of syrupy. Pour chilled syrup in a punch bowl. Add entire gallon of milk and all of the ice cream [by scoops] into the punch. Stir and note: the ice cream doesn’t have to melt all the way, it serves as the ice.

1 tbsp. pumpkin spice creamer

Whipped cream

Crushed graham crackers

Dissolve Egoiste Instant Coffee in the hot water, allow 30 seconds to dissolve completely. Add milk (steamed or cold) to coffee while hot. Add pumpkin spice flavoring syrup to milk and coffee. Then pour pumpkin spice creamer into the drink, stir and drizzle graham crackers and cinnamon over whipped cream to top.

"For an alternate method, add ice to your drink for a cool pumpkin spice iced latte."

Peanut Butter and Chocolate Iced Coffee

INGREDIENTS:

Folgers Iced Café Iced Coffee Concentrate - vanilla or original latte

Cold milk

1 tbsp. creamy peanut butter

1-2 tbsp. chocolate syrup

Ice

DIRECTIONS:

Combine peanut butter and chocolate syrup in a small bowl. Stir in enough milk to thin out the mixture well, making sure the peanut butter is all dissolved. If the peanut butter isn’t dissolved, you’ll end up with chunks of peanut butter in your iced coffee. I’m ok with that, but you might not be. Squeeze 2 squirts of the Folgers vanilla or original latte Coffee Concentrate into a glass of milk, and stir. Pour the peanut butter and chocolate mixture in and stir well. Add ice, and enjoy!
