The videos are great, yet what makes Grokker unique and super useful is its community aspect, which includes forums, blogs and a Q&A Cafe that are perfect for sharing insights and opinions with other yoga, fitness and cooking enthusiasts––be it workout ideas, recipes or cooking tips.
The network was founded by Lorna Borenstein, a retired Internet exec who went on vacation in hopes of practicing yoga, getting in shape and cooking up a storm, only to find herself dismayed by the lack of quality instructional videos available online and peers with whom to share her discoveries. And so, Grokker came to be. Learn new tricks and share what you know––sounds like a win-win situation.
