Dov Charney gets sued
The American Apparel drama never stops. Controversial CEO Dov Charney is now in the middle of a sexual harassment suit. Former AA employee Irene Morales filed a $260 million lawsuit alleging Charney kept her captive in his apartment and forced her to perform sexual acts. Unfortunately, Irene also signed a paper upon her departure from the company, promising not to sue. The case's validity is currently being investigated by a Brooklyn judge.
