In some ways, Kate Middleton is like any other bride prepping for her big day: She's working out rigorously to look her best in her dress and for photos. But unlike everyone else, Kate will have tens of millions of people watching her as she walks down the aisle—that's a lot of pressure!
Radar Online has obtained Kate's supposed workout and beauty routine and it's pretty intense. Apparently, Kate works out daily for at least an hour and has upped the intensity of her routine to burn up to 500 calories an hour. She engages in cyling, rowing, jogging and light weights to ensure she stays fit and remains at her current weight of 120-pounds.
Sounds a little intense for us, but if millions of people were going to be analyzing every pore on our body, we'd be at the gym too!
