Confide In Someone
Even if your anxiety makes you want to lock yourself in a room faraway from the rest of the world, don't do it. Talking it out — whether it be to a friend, family member, or therapist — is a good way to trace the source of your anxiety. Although you may not be able to talk yourself out of your anxiety, having a deeper understanding of it will make it easier to manage.
